Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - Cabernet in one hand - chocolate in the other - body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO-HOO, what a ride!!"

Another Slow Week

We have had another slow week here in KC some of us poor slobs still have to work for a Friday I did decided to purchase a new computer and give the other one to Angela. (That’s what she wanted to do) I bought a HP 2000 it has all the bells and whistles and is so much faster than the old one.

Late Friday eve and early Saturday morning we had a storm blow thru here and I mean blow and hard rain. There were power outages and tree’s down all over the area.

We has just had a storm last week that did the same thing. And at the church where I work we have 10 Acers and cost over $5000 to clean it up. Now we have to have it done again this week. It’s getting old real fast.

We are hoping the weather will start cooling down a little so we can get the Club Tioga out for some camping and exploring.

I think all interstate HI ways should have sign’s like this. Good idea

I love those highway signs. Whereever are they? I keep thinking as we get closer to September that the weather will start giving everybody a break.

Great signs. With the way so many people drive today, we may need more of these:)

Quite the hiway signs! Congrats on the new computer, it's always nice to experience that speed increase with a new machine!

Looks like we might have a storm or two headed out way here in NE Connecticut. Hopefully no where near what you have been experiencing.
