Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - Cabernet in one hand - chocolate in the other - body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO-HOO, what a ride!!"

I Finally Made It

Thursday was my last day of work I finally made it to retirement. My coworkers had a surprise lunch for me on Monday what a shocker it was.

It's been a week of party's my niece came by Wednesday night to tell us goodbye.






Saturday another get together with family.

Angela had everything decorated up real nice for the cook out.

                                                 Guess you can tell I'm the youngest.                          



Hope this blog comes out right had to get a new computer Monday I'm not use to it yet.

We pack up and hit the road Tuesday.
