Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - Cabernet in one hand - chocolate in the other - body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO-HOO, what a ride!!"

Ah, the Grateful Dead. Such was my oldest daughter - a Deadhead. Moved to San Jose, Ca area after graduating from University of Denver in 1988. Followed the Dead. Would attend the NYE concerts out there plus where ever else she could A tied dyed type of girl. When she moved back to NJ in Jan 1990 would travel to their concerts when able.

What a relief - she turned out great! So, we continue all continue on that strange trip of our own choosing.
