Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - Cabernet in one hand - chocolate in the other - body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO-HOO, what a ride!!"

Hope your Christmas went well. We live in Excelsior Springs and are planning for our future in an RV.

Read most of the posts on your blog since the start. Skipped a couple however and never found what you ended up doing with that old motorhome you bought.

It was nice to see you ended up with a fifth wheel. We had been thinking of maybe buying a temporary rig as we have at least four years before going fulltime. Did you ever regret having bought the temporary rig? And what made you switch to a 5th wheel rather than something like a class a?
