This is the only holiday I can think of, that the eve is better than the day it self.
We went out to the store for a few things and I think everybody must off to day and getting ready for the big night. Not sure why there's such a big hoop la over one year ending and a new year beginning,but we as Americans don't need a reason to have a party.
Then there's all the tradition that go with it,like do you have a New Year resolution.

Angela’s busy cooking the Black Eyed Peas for New Years day,you know its a tradition for good luck.
A New Year's resolution is something that goes in one Year and out the other.
New Years Eve is just a test for me,to see if I can stay awake till midnight.
