Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - Cabernet in one hand - chocolate in the other - body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO-HOO, what a ride!!"

Please Stand By
Please stand by we don’t have a whole lot going on right now!!
It will happen all in good time...There is some superstition about burying a St.Joseph statue upside down in your property you want to sell...I guess he is the patron saint of selling homes:-))
We are not there yet, but in the past it has always taken six or more months for us to move a house. We moved from state to state, and it always seemed we bought in a sellers market and sold in a buyers market!
It took 3 days to sell our house in '09. We didn't look at it as selling cheap -- we looked at it as being free to live the full-time RV lifestyle. No regrets!

I have to tell you, I am feeling the same way. The good news is, Summer's coming and housing sales are improving.
We are so sorry but not at this time. We do hope you sale soon. I am with Michael. Summer is coming and that usually brings buyers. Enjoy your Sunday.
It will happen. And we are standing by to hear that it did.
