I ordered a bark collar from Amazon on July 17 with free shipping. If you read the tracking details from the bottom up how does it start out in Kentucky and go to New Jersey when we are in Missouri?
Today is July 28 and still no package. Is this a human or computer error? This is the second time this year this has happened to me.
So much for free shipping…

Sure seems like a long, convoluted method to get from point A to point B. I think regular US Postal Service could do a much faster job of delivery than FedEx in this case.
Sometimes a letter we mail from Sandwich to Somonauk, the next town over takes a week..I could walk it there and be home in 1 hours, just sayin'.
Not too sure USPS could do better. Remember back in February letter sent from SD to Mercedes TX took 4 weeks and then was returned to SD because I told our mail forwarding service in SD that the address of the ONLY METHODIST CHURCH in Mercedes was 16th Street when it is on 17th. And the church is the ONLY building on the block between 16th and 17th in a very small town.
Who knows why things take as long as they do...crazy!!! Here's hoping your package arrives soon!!
USPS does not do better. Our Escapees mail forwarding Priority Mail invariably gets misrouted.
