Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - Cabernet in one hand - chocolate in the other - body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO-HOO, what a ride!!"

WORK

I think I need to shorten my blog list that I read everyday. My work is starting to get in the way of blog and funny e-mail reading.

I have sat here all day and got nothing done but read blogs and e-mails so I was thinking maybe I should shorten the blog list.

The next question is witch one’s do I cut out? How do you choose such a thing? I love reading them all and dreaming about the day I’m free.

Today is the last day of the week for me anyway. So maybe I will start working more and less blog reading next week. YEA RIGHT

HOW  TO START A FIGHT
One  year, I decided to buy my mother-in-law a cemetery plot as a Christmas gift...
The next  year, I didn't buy her a gift.
When she asked  me why, I replied,
"Well, you still haven't used the gift I bought you last year!"
And  that's how the fight started.....

ONE DAY CLOSER TO THE DREAM

Understand completely! We love reading the blogs we follow. Does your Mother-In-Law still speak to you! LOL

Stay Safe

I've just been commenting on the very same thing. Housework and my crafty stuff take a very second place to Blog reading and writing. Like you it's very hard to cut back. The best I can do is not add any new ones. And that's very hard. *giggle*

Work sure does cut down on your free time, doesn't it?

Boy, are we on the same page. I find it is harder and harder to read them all in one day, but if I get behind, then it's really hard to catch up again. Can't seem to give any of them up though. Stay safe.

Well, I know of at least ONE blog that you can't tear yourself away from!

Seriously, I understand. As we got closer to our fulltiming date, I spent more and more time each morning reading blogs over coffee. It helped me stay sane!

Take care!

I know when I was on vacation for the summer it was much easier to 'keep on top' of all the great writing..now that I am back to work it is much more difficult..darn work getting in the way here too!!..I have my favorites that I read everyday..and the rest when time permits!..can't do much more than that..just trying to stay focused!!!

Maybe a speed reading class would help! :) I have the same problem. :)

I guess you will just have to quit WORK. :)

Impressive Blog List you have!

Same here, I've been reading as many RV blogs as I can find, (now I find even more, thank you!) and I worry very soon our network group will block the blogspot.com access!

When is your four-year mark? Funny that we're also on a four-year-wait, too, ours will be 2014. Every morning I say to myself 'just four more years!'...

Wanted to let you know I received my package today, and I love them. I think Angela is wrong, to me they are not priced high enough, but thank you both for the extra. God Speed to you both.

What is this "work" word and what does it mean?

Retirement is the answer!! You can only do what you can do.

This is a problem for all of us, I think. I only post every other day...I think the Mid-Life Cruiser has the right idea...don't spend so much time propped up by the computer that you don't get outside and enjoy life!!

I have the same problem, and can't decide either. I think it will even be harder once we are on the road because we won't have as much internet time. We'll just have to do the best we can. Always want to see what everyone is up to.

Like your joke of the day!
